I’ve been coming to Cortese or Rochester for probably close to 20 years. Darren has been the associate that I have worked with every time and he’s always a pleasure to deal with. I have been a customer at Cortese Ford for over 15 years. The service is always excellent. My low tire pressure indicator came on, so I brought it in to check the back rear tire. Oil change was done, but missed state inspection Oil Change on the car was completed ok, but did not complete the NY state inspection. I had to bring the car in the next day to get that completed.
