Came in at 9:30 for an appointment for an oil change and a recall. Said he would let me know if it would be a long time since I was in the waiting area. I waited for three hours with no update. When I went back to him to ask how much longer, I was told it wouldn't be done until 4:00 PM. I wouldn't have wasted three hours sitting there if I had been told that at any point. More
