Amazing, with one exception Corwin has fantastic facilities, cars, and representatives. They know their stuff and they have a lot of services. My favorite part about the experience was working with a sales rep by the name of Curtis (most call him CT). After coming in, he got to know us, went over a ton of different cars with various filters making sure we only looked at the ones that met my standards, and no less. This dude is hard working, after showing us a couple cars that juuuust didnt make the cut for this or that, we tried one last one which was absolutely covered in snow. He let us sit down and get comfortable and went out and cleared the entire car of snow with the little equipment he had on hand. Now, most sales reps do a lot to make sure to get a deal, but not only did he put in the work, he had one of the best personalities I have ever seen in a sales rep. He was funny, he made us feel like we were the most important customers, he didn't shy away from pushing any requests or deals we wanted up the chain, and the following is the best part. I originally had emailed a different sales rep, who really wasn't much help at all, who then claimed that he had already done a ton of work for me and would not hand over the commission. Knowing this, Curtis still stay with us hours after he was supposed to be done to make sure we got the best deal we possibly could. I really hope that Curtis's hard work and dedication is acknowledged and rewarded. The one exception would be that sales rep that thought he deserved the entire commission because he sent me one or two emails, both of which he never fully answered my question and he is also pretty unprofessional over text conversations. I don't remember his full name but the last name is Klemetson. Other than that, like I had mentioned, everything else is great. More
