Initial thoughts were the sale was quite lengthy and they wouldn't negotiate on the price, only on the payments. Also i was told they have the best rates in town. We took our brand new Durango to whitefish, MT for vacation. 2 hours outside of Whitefish the Transmission went out of the vehicle. we managed to get it to the dealership in Whitefish, where they got it in immediately to look at it. I asked my Corwin sales rep Haley if they would cover a rental car for the time being. She said her manager said no. I would have to deal directly with Stellantis. During this process i have messaged the sales manager a couple times and have gotten no response. Sales rep never once reached back out to see how our situation is going. We ended up having to rent a mini van for $400 to get home and Dodge authorized us for $50 for a rental. The Service department in Whitefish has been awesome to deal with, very helpful and understanding. Corwin who we bought it from seemingly has no responsibility after the sale, or any empathy what so ever. This whole experience has been frustrating to say the least. Our vehicle is still in Montana 1000 miles from home, and we are being told it could be between 2 weeks and a month before the new transmission arrives. It has been there since march 9th.
