My experience wasn't that great for outside reasons. It was irritating that I would call and try to talk to someone and wouldn't hear back from anyone It was irritating that I would call and try to talk to someone and wouldn't hear back from anyone More

Quick summary with a detailed explanation below: I purchased a Chevy Blazer from Corwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and was lied to, gaslit, treated disrespectfully, told to go to a Gateway Chevrolet for purchased a Chevy Blazer from Corwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and was lied to, gaslit, treated disrespectfully, told to go to a Gateway Chevrolet for questions, and talked down to by both the salesperson and manager all over a situation that would not have been a big deal if they owned their mistakes and apologized instead of doubling down on the lies and disrespect. I was in the market for an SUV, specifically a Chevy Blazer. After weeks of searching and viewing vehicles I saw a post of a Blazer on Corwin’s website that had not been cleaned yet. I went to the lot to look at the vehicle and could not find it. We went inside to ask if the vehicle was on the lot just so we could look. A salesperson, Gama, told us that it was not clean yet, but that we could look at it and test drive it if we were okay with that. During the test drive I specifically asked the salesperson if there was a way to shut off the auto engine shut off at stops feature. I was aware that it could not be turned off permanently and that I would have to press the button every time I started the vehicle but was okay with that. The sales person assured me that this model could turn that off and he would find out how and let me know. After the test drive we inspected the vehicle and noticed that there were a few issues such as the rear hatch leaked water and that one of the headrests was damaged. We also noted that there was large piles of dry dog food in different areas of the engine bay. The sales person agreed to have the leak and headrest fixed and explained if the vehicle was purchased they would clean the vehicle completely and perform standard maintenance. Long story short I purchased this $25,000 + vehicle from them and was told that I could come pick it up the next day at 12 P.M. Next day comes and the vehicle is not ready at 12. Not a big deal, but a sign of things to come. When I was finally able to pick up the vehicle they did not have an answer yet on the auto stop and basically told me to google it myself. The rear hatch was fixed and did not leak and I was told that the headrest would have to be ordered. I took the vehicle home and everything seemed okay. The next day I was contacted by the salesperson asking me to bring the vehicle in during my lunch break so a mechanic could look at and order the headrest piece. I said that I could do that but I did not have a long lunch break and was working a long drive away from the dealership so needed to have time to commute. I stressed this to the salesperson who promised me that he would be there at the 10 minute window I said I would be there in so it could get viewed right away and I could get back to work. He also told me it would take < 10 minutes for this. When I arrived (within the 10 minute window we had agreed upon earlier) he was not on the sales floor and I had to have another member of the staff call him and he came back about 5 more minutes later. He took my vehicle for it to get looked at and I sat down to wait. Time passed and I had said I needed to leave their by 12:45 at the latest. He brought the vehicle back at 12:47 after I had to have yet another staff member call him and have him bring it back. He came speeding back into the lot and was driving it recklessly on the return. I met him outside and did not have time to talk to him as I was already going to be late back to work. When I entered the vehicle I saw a paper cup in my cup holder and there was dark brown liquid in it so I grabbed it and called for the salespersons attention and said “Hey you forgot your coffee”. His response was “Oh no that’s my spitter for dip”. The salesperson that just got commission from this newer vehicle purchased was openly using chewing tobacco in my vehicle. I do not chew and find that disgusting and disrespectful for this person to do. Later that week I had texted the salesperson again as I had opened the engine bay and noticed that there was still More
