Took a long time to get an oil change and tire rotation, and the car sat for 30 minutes before I could pay and leave. They tried to recommend coolant flush and spark plugs at 80k, making it seem like it was and the car sat for 30 minutes before I could pay and leave. I could understand why they might see a reason, for the coolant, but not for plugs... just stating that typical maintenance and asking upfront is actually honest. More
