Where do I even start. I cold called Corwin to see if they had a Ram 1500 Eco Diesel on the lot I could look at, but before that, I needed some questions answered. The sales person said they weren't well versed on the eco diesel so they would give me a salesperson who had more knowledge. Within fifteen minutes Lisa Bruns calls me, she puts me at ease with her ability to listen to my concerns, her knowledge of the vehicle, and and her willingness to go above and beyond and do some research on the questions she didn't have answers to. I go in to test drive a used eco diesel and right from the start she makes me feel comfortable and at ease. While driving the vehicle she let me make my own observations of how the vehicle drove and handled and would add some details without making me feel pressured and uncomfortable. Three months later and four hours away where I live, my truck goes into the shop. It gets towed into a Chrysler Ram Dealership in Superior Wisconsin. They have the vehicle for two months and have no idea when the part I need will be delivered, so I call Lisa to give her an update on my lack of progress with my local dealer. She immediately goes to her service department and tells them what is happening with my vehicle. She calls me back and says her service department can have the proper part in their shop in two weeks. I call the service department in Superior to inform them that Lisa and the Corwin service department can have the part in two weeks. My truck was fixed in two weeks. That showed me the commitment and professionalism of Lisa Bruns. It's the best car buying experience I've ever had. More
