Gave a 4 because the initial appointment was supposed to complete two issues. Vehicle was in the shop at 9:30am. I came back at 4:15 as I was told that it was going well and vehicle would be done by 5pm. complete two issues. Vehicle was in the shop at 9:30am. When I arrived I found out that the second item was not done and I needed to reschedule for the item to be repaired. Found out that the technician was taken off my vehicle to work on someone else’s vehicle. I was not happy about that. More

Lazy, Grumpy, And very rude service writers. Specificaly justin.. The only place you can go and they tell you your truck is done when you drop it off with a service def syatem light and check Specificaly justin.. The only place you can go and they tell you your truck is done when you drop it off with a service def syatem light and check engine light That will call you and tell you its done and the same lights and watnings are still on the truck AFTER its "fixed" Iv had nothing but issues with this service dept and as a result, since I have to bring my vehicles there for warranty issues, I will no longer be buying any vehicle vehicles from any Corwin.. The lack of respect that JUSTIN has for people and especially women is disgusting to talk down to them and to give people attitude is insane.. And this is not a one off thing this has happened many times. To many issues with the service department, however I appreciate Shane working with me and getting me in sooner but if nothing gets fixed and I have to keep paying my employees to pick up vehicles that are not fixed.. Or wasting my own time when I'm trying to run a business, it is not cool. More

Made apt for a Friday for ABS module recall replacement. Got there and found they had scheduled me for an oil change. Found they needed my pickup for 1/2 day not the 30 min told in the notice.
