I’ve had good experiences here in the past but my recent visit was disappointing. Appointments are three weeks out so when I arrive on time (after waiting three weeks) I expect to not have to wait too long visit was disappointing. Appointments are three weeks out so when I arrive on time (after waiting three weeks) I expect to not have to wait too long to have my car serviced. This particular time, I sat in the waiting room for an hour and they didn’t take my car back until 40 minutes after arriving for my appointment. Once they did, the oil change and wheel rotation only took 15 minutes. The shop certainly didn’t look busy with techs standing around in the bays but I don’t know their processes. I’m just glad so brought my iPad to keep me entertained. More
