We traded in our Subaru Ascent to buy a used 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L from Corwin. We are very happy with the way we were treated by the staff at Corwin. Jose Adrian took over for Brian and was very patient with us when we were having difficulties making up our minds. We would probably not have completed the purchase had Jose not called on day two to discuss the deal and work further with management on our behalf. After the purchase, we were missing the second key fob when we left the dealership. Jose drove from Reno to Carson City to personally deliver the second fob to us. That is incredible service! Used car manager Ryan Castillo worked diligently to make us an outstanding offer on our trade that we ultimately could not refuse. He was very patient and kind throughout the process. We even ran into salesman Mike Oade on the Corwin lot after we completed our used Grand Cherokee purchase. When he was a salesman at Lithia Jeep in Reno, he sold us our Jeep Wrangler Willys. They stayed late one night, drove to the shelter I was staying at to pick me up, and take me to Corwin. They worked with me on everything and got me a really good deal on a reliable vehicle. They were friendly and personal, not pushy in the slightest, and honest. All of these are not traits you usually expect in a "used car dealer" and I know they didn't make a lot in commissions due to how much I could afford. They will work with you no matter your situation, and they will not BS you or push you to something you don't want.
