I had never bought a vehicle from a dealership before, so I was a little apprehensive going into it, but I’m really glad I ended up buying from Corwin. I worked with Hunter, who was patient with me throughout the process and helped me find a 2019 F-150 that had everything I was looking for. His manager, Andrew, also came over and introduced himself, which I appreciated. There were a few very minor issues with the truck, and Hunter told me they would take care of them. I didn’t get anything in writing; I just took his word for it. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but Hunter followed through on everything they said they would do, and then some. They really went above and beyond, fixed the issues, and clearly care about their customers and their reputation. It was a much better experience than I was expecting, and I would buy from them again. More

Overall very good experience in buying a new truck from Corwin Ford of Reno! They were able to source a particular model that I was in search of. I had a trade-in and the paperwork process was very smooth. Corwin Ford of Reno! They were able to source a particular model that I was in search of. I have some service history with this dealer as well, and while parts supply is still a challenge nation wide, overall very good here as well! This dealership is under new ownership, and this is a good thing. The facility itself could use a facelift and some upgrades, hopefully that is in the works, it is a good location.
