We can’t say enough good things about Travis! My wife and I needed to upgrade as our family recently expanded. We bought a Ford Explorer from Corwin Ford and before even leaving the lot, realized some issues, some minor, some more major for safety re expanded. We were told from our salesman, Eddie, that someone from their service department would reach out within a few days to schedule something. Unfortunately we took him at his word. It’s been 5 months now and we’ve texted dozens of times with either no response or a “I’ll check on that. There have been dozens of phone calls to the sales team and service department. We typically would get transferred 7 times before the call “drops” or told they need to talk to someone and give us a call back. Spoiler: we’ve never received a call back. I’ve been told I’m an optimistic, so I’m holding out hope they’ll eventually do the right thing and actually fix our car! More

Yesterday, I had a service recall and an oil change performed by the mobile van from Corwin Ford. It was excellent! Sean and Sterling were on time at 1 pm, very polite and were highly efficient. They sold me a new car with a navigation system that doesn't work. Two weeks later, I'm waiting for an appointment to leave my car with them even though they already have the part. They have been unhelpful, taken up hours of my time to get something right that should have been right as sold. Apparently 56,000.00 doesn't get you a complete vehicle at Corwin Ford. What it gets you is multiple trips to the dealer, lots of time on the phone and lots of work time lost. Never have I had an auto experience as bad as this. More
