I havent been able to talk to a manager on this yet. Ive got photo evidence all thru this, list of parts ive had to buy to fix the issue, yet you have the salesman call me saying that you've decided it was tampered with whe all of this occured in less the 4 weeks of purchase. Come to find out you put all aftermarket lug nuts on factory rims, so every rim, including the spare i had to put on to make it home is trash from having hex of wrong lug nuts ground into the seating angle.

Once again, Corwin Ford's commitment to service after the sale sucks. The above response was sent 9/10, which was more than a week ago. No one has contacted me or my wife. While we are more than pleased with the Ford Bronco Sport, I would not recommend purchasing a new or used car from Corwin Ford unless you do not expect service after the sale. Based on our experience, we will be driving to Carson City should we need Ford service.

Good morning Deanna, My wife and I were out of town last week. I was told that Elisa is the individual who can explain the details of the Ford and Fidelity warranties. We will be contacting her tomorrow unless there is someone else we should contact. Please let me know by calling or texting 401-477-4598. It is now over 2 months since we purchased the car, and we have yet to hear from your parts department regarding a spare tire & jack for the Broco Sport. I really do not understand why all of this has been so complicated. Every time your organization makes a promise and does not keep it, it makes me reluctant to expect diligent service from your service department..

We have received what we originally requested. The accessory department has provided us with a quote for a donut spare and jack, and an explanation that the 2025 Bronco may not have a way to secure it in the wheel well. Robbie Jackson gave us a clear and detailed explanation of how the Ford and Fidelity warranties work, as well as the Fidelity wheel and tire warranty. He has an engaging quality and provided clear and detailed answers to our many questions. Austin walked us through the Bronco controls. Both of these men have reassured us that Corwin can be customer service oriented.
