They came back to me with declines even from my own bank, when I was already pre approved, which was strange. Also, some of the approvals I got were outrageous interest rates. And my credit was phenomenal! So I went to my bank and they approved me immediately. Then the price of my down payment we agreed on was changed in the document they tried to get me to sign. Luckily, I noticed, but several guys kept trying to haggle me for another thousand dollars and asked why not and what’s the big deal?! I already had been approved for the amount we agreed on and they wanted me to go back to the bank and ask for more! Shameless. Things like this are the reason calling somebody a car salesman is derogatory and an insult. With the Internet today, The amount of options out there and peoples ability to research places, you would think they would be a little more well mannered and a little less shady. Note: Never accept their first offer. hasgle and walk out if you must. Also, always go with your bank or even better, your credit union for GAP Insurance and warranties. Dealerships always tack on extra interest for themselves and cost more for their warranties. More

This place is nothing but bunch of liars trying to rip of customers. If you are looking to shop online this is definitely not a place. Started car buying process on Jun 12,2024 with deposit and completed purchase paperwork on June 17. It is June 29, 2024 and I am still waiting on the car , which should not take more than day or two to get to my location from the dealership. If you look to shop in person, you might want to look for other options because, they claim they have competitive interest rates which is big lie and they do not accept third party financing. They do not tell you these things up front. More

I’m in my 70s and have never met a car dealership that went out of THEIR way to keep a customer. Also Mr shell the service manager was very helpful. Both Mr shell and Mr Russell always answered e mails and phone calls in a timely matter. We purchased our 2017 Ford F350 truck in Feb 2024. We really like the truck and we got a good deal on it. However, it was Blue Star Certified and we were told it had a complete inspection prior to purchasing. When we took it in for its 3 month oil change they had difficulty removing the oil plug. We took it to our local Ford dealership who discovered $8000 worth of transmission, oil issues, front end wobble and other issues. Now this was within the 90 days but we were over the mileage by 1000 miles. They refused to acknowledge anything or assist us in fixing the issue. They would not return phone calls. Extremely disappointed in this dealership and customer service. So much for Blue Star service. No way to treat anyone let alone senior citizens. Will never shop there again More

This having been my first experience with a dealership, I came into this very hesitant and nervous mild set , but Travis made the whole interaction reassuring, and genuinely cared about my wants and needs from a car. After deciding to purchase the car, he made sure all the paper work went smoothly, and even made sure to check in with me the week after my purchase to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. Safe to say, he was professional, helpful, and communicating with him felt like talking to a good friend. If you are looking for a car, I will forever and always recommend Travis!! We bought our 2022 Ford Maverick XL AWD on April 2022. First recall notice was later in '22. I made an appt to have recall work done. I showed up for my appt but they had no record of it. 1st Recall never First recall notice was later in '22. I made an appt to have recall work done. I showed up for my appt but they had no record of it. 1st Recall never got done. 2nd recall late 2023, no one ever answerd service dept phone. I showed up in person & spoke w/nice lady. Said I'm on list & someone will call me. I recived a call 7 weeks later saying Ill be called to set up a mobile service at my home for the 2 recalls. 6-7 weeks later still no call!!! Now I receiced a 3rd recall letter. Nearly 2 yrs goes by and I now have THREE open recalls and its scarey because they are safety issues. Corwin Ford, PLEASE put me on your callender. This is frustrating. This needs to get done like immediately. Since 2022 I've been brushed off. Why? My truck even got paid off nearly 5 yrs early (of 6). I should be a valued customer. Bought a new ford ranger from Chris at Corwin and every part of the process was easy, and I left extremely happy with my purchase.
