Everything went great except when I made my appointment I told them I needed the serpentine belt replaced. Evidently that wasn't put on the order form even after I called and asked them how long the job woul told them I needed the serpentine belt replaced. If they had recorded something rather than 'Other' The part could have been ordered earlier and I wouldn't have had to keep my car there overnight. It would be nice if the folks coming to get my car texted me that they were running 30 minutes late so I wouldn't have had to call the office. I did appreciate Jeff keeping me informed of the work progress. More
