After a suppose 172 point inspection. We got car home noticed back brake rotors grooved in multiple places took car back and was told it happened after inspection. I would think after a 1 We got car home noticed back brake rotors grooved in multiple places took car back and was told it happened after inspection. I would think after a 172 point inspection I wouldn't find this on car. Was told dont worry about grooves they will wear down. I feel the rotors were overlooked because other repairs had to be made on car. Now I am left to pay to get rotors fixed. I dont believe car lives up to its gold certification. More

The staff as always was so friendly and helpful.
