Completely unresponsive. Could never get a hold of my service advisor. No one else knew what was going on with the van repairs. Dealership had the vehicle for weeks and some Could never get a hold of my service advisor. No one else knew what was going on with the van repairs. Dealership had the vehicle for weeks and some of the repairs were still not completed. Emails all went unanswered. Finally got someone to communicate after company president escalated to service management. Horrible experience More
