Engine and transmission service took 3 1/2 hours as I waited in waiting room. Did not receive notice service was completed when I went to ask how much longer paper work and keys were under three other fi waited in waiting room. I was sent a picture of a destroyed air filter stating it needed replaced which I declined because I had one at home. When I went to change it it was perfectly fine. I would expect that from Jiffy lube not a dealership. I will not be taking my business there again. More

Kept my truck for a whole week. Wouldn’t return my calls had to keep calling to get an update.
