Liked working with steffan. 3 stars because the Ford technician didnt run any diag after changing my cat and had to go back to the dealer a second time. And then told me the exh 3 stars because the Ford technician didnt run any diag after changing my cat and had to go back to the dealer a second time. And then told me the exhaust leak I found after the cat replacement was a non issue. It is an isssue actually. He just didn't want to deal with it. Have to go to a different dealer a third time now. Madeline is great! I have two vehicles so I’ve had the pleasure of working with her numerous times as my service advisor. She always gets me in on time and when I’m do I have two vehicles so I’ve had the pleasure of working with her numerous times as my service advisor.
