The dealership was unable to rotate my tires. I have locking lug nuts. This Ford dealership apparently does not have a master key for Ford installed locking lugs. They were unable to find our lug key from within our car. Yet the last time anyone touched my lugs, it was when Corwin Ford installed new tires on this very same vehicle. More

I told the service place that I had just bought this car. Barely had it two weeks. Told them the dealership was paying for the costs of repair and no one attempted to contact anyone and I paid $444.44 out of Barely had it two weeks.
