We waited for at least 1/2 hour because Johnny was on the phone with a difficult customer. Finally, another agent helped us. I was very happy with the intake and it was super lucky to be able to get an extra phone with a difficult customer. Finally, another agent helped us. I was very happy with the intake and it was super lucky to be able to get an extra key made for my grandson with only a couple of days notice for the appointment. It was just a long wait time to pick up the car, and no chairs or waiting area available. More
