Kept my truck for a whole week. Wouldn’t return my calls had to keep calling to get an update. Engine and transmission service took 3 1/2 hours as I waited in waiting room. Did not receive notice service was completed when I went to ask how much longer paper work and keys were under three other fi waited in waiting room.
