Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No returned phone calls, texts, or emails.The sales staff and ownership does not want to hear from its customers after the sale. Bought a 2010 Tacoma less than 60 days later the AC compressor goes and no service after sale. The sales tells me the truck is good to go that they went through it and it all checked out.
