Fast lane service They balanced the tires, they didn’t charge me because it didn’t fix the vibration. Bad servicing of used vehicle They put me on the road with a frayed and cracked serpentine belt, factory spark plugs (on a car with 120k miles- for reference, spark plugs should be They put me on the road with a frayed and cracked serpentine belt, factory spark plugs (on a car with 120k miles- for reference, spark plugs should be changed every 50k miles), and a malfunctioning after-market speaker system hook up that cost me hundreds to repair. Dealer promised to check in, see how everything was going. Nothing more than a "Sorry!" when I have shared concerns. Here, once you are out the door, don't expect any help. Also, don't buy it when they say they are only flexible with $100 of the price (by the end of our negotiations they cut the price way more). Shady negotiating tactics and dishonest servicing of vehicle before putting it on the road. Will use a smaller used car lot with people I can trust next time. More
