Fair and Honest I came in with an issue with my front brakes. They took the calipers and pads off to take a look. Inspected the rotors and even checked the rear brake I came in with an issue with my front brakes. They took the calipers and pads off to take a look. Inspected the rotors and even checked the rear brakes. Came back and told me my brakes were fine with plenty of life left, rather than selling me new ones anyways. They couldn’t find any issues with the brakes so they lubed up the caliper pins all around for me and sent me on my way. I was expecting a minimum 1 hour shop labor but, to my surprise, they didn’t charge me. I will definitely be going back when I need help again. More

We came in saying maybe we will trade, maybe we will buy new, maybe we will get a truck or a car or this or that - a lot of salespeople would lose patience with this process, but Tiffany was happy to take us and our “particularities“ on. We spent about 4 hours test driving and narrowing it down until we were sold on the Ford Edge. If she ever lost patience, she never showed it! More

Excellent customer service! Since purchasing my Ford F1 50 pick up I have visited the service center three separate times. Two for oil changes and once for a tire replacement. On Since purchasing my Ford F1 50 pick up I have visited the service center three separate times. Two for oil changes and once for a tire replacement. On of these three occasions I have witnessed Jesse Gutierrez providing stellar customer service to all of your customers. On my most recent visit I stopped by to schedule my 10,000 mile service. It was about an hour before closing time and Jesse told me if I didn’t mind waiting he would get me in and get it taken care of tonight. I agreed and sat down in the lobby with several other customers who are waiting for their vehicles. 10 to 15 minutes later a gentleman came in and said that he an appointment to get a key relplaced. It was obvious that someone had not put him into the system as Jesse asked him a series of questions. Not finding any information Jesse inform the customer that he had to run across to the other building because the people who made the keys were getting ready to leave and he wanted to catch one before they departed. Well he was gone a couple more customers came in, as did the man with the key along with his wife and seven children none of them appeared to be more than five or six years old. At one point Jesse ran back across the lot and came in the door to get more information from the gentleman with the key. Check knowledged the two new customers and let them know he would be right back and will get them taken care of. When he returned he promptly and Curtis later care of the new customers and got them situated. He then transferred to those of us who were already there and got each of us taken care of in order without ever missing a beat. During this entire time his smile never waned and his level of professionalism never diminished. This young man exemplifies customer service in that he never made excuses, he never let anyone feel like they were less important can you solve everyone’s problems quickly and efficiently. As a businessman and manager he is the kind of person who I would want working for me. Well done Corwin Ford ! You have a winner! More
