8 Hours for a 30 minute test drive, $75 charge for no servic Awful experience. Dropped off Ford Escape at 8 a.m. for just a check of what was vibrating underneath. Around 11 I tried to call in and check on statu Awful experience. Dropped off Ford Escape at 8 a.m. for just a check of what was vibrating underneath. Around 11 I tried to call in and check on status - but spent two hours on the phone just getting bounced around trying to find someone who knew anything. Around 3 they finally called me back asking me to come in - all they had done at that point was take it on a 15 minute test drive. We went again, I pointed it out, and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Finally got my car and a $75 bill (for the half hour, plus a 10% fee that they said they add to everyones bill to clean rags) around 4. Horrible efficiency and customer service. When I asked why it took 2 to 3 hours to get someone on the phone they told me that was just the way it is there. More

It was late when the deal was done and a little after closing time. The Finance gentleman I dealt with was upset it was afterhours, best guess. No hand shake, ran through my paperwork as fast as he could talk, told me to start "filling out that check now", didn't like that I didn't want the "rip off" extended warranty, took my check, put my papers in an envelope and tossed them down in front of me as he paged Andrew to his office. When Andrew came over he just spouted grab your keys and stuff so we can lock up and go! No hand shake afterwards and as I got my wife from Andrews cubical and walked to the door, there he stood looking at us, as if to run to the door! Made a comment to Andrew that the Finance guy pissed me off and he almost lost the sale for the Dealership, that night! More
