Best car buying experience ever!!!! I have bought many cars over the years but I have definitely never had as much fun as I did buying this car from Josh. Great used truck buying experience! The staff at Corwin Ford was awesome to work with. I saw a new posting for a used F150 on Autotrader. Com, and went to the dealer the next day. I coul The staff at Corwin Ford was awesome to work with. I saw a new posting for a used F150 on Autotrader. Com, and went to the dealer the next day. I couldn’t find the vehicle while walking through the used lots. So I asked at customer service, and was introduced to salesman Josh Keller. Josh helped me find the specific truck I had came to see. It was newly arrived from an auction, and hadn’t been prepared for resale yet. Josh and I took did a walkthrough and test drive. I made a list of items I wanted addressed, e,g., better tires, door lock fixed, etc. Six days later I picked up truck. Everything was done as promised and the truck was detailed and looked great. Josh, as well has the rest of the staff were a pleasure to work with. I would definitely come back to Corwin Ford and ask for Josh the next time I’m in the market for a vehicle. Steve J. More

Expensive and no communication Salesman didn't make the appointment he said he was going to for me so there was no spot for my vehicle when I dropped it off. He was on vacation the Salesman didn't make the appointment he said he was going to for me so there was no spot for my vehicle when I dropped it off. He was on vacation the day and week he was suppose to make my appointment. The other managers took care of my vehicle 2 days total which was good that it got done but I called and called and called and only got voicemails for the 2 days with no answers on my vehicles status. Someone did call me at the end of the 2 days and told me it was ready for pick up but when I got there (2 hours after the call) my vehicle was out on a test drive and I had to wait 30 minutes for its return to check out. Just the tune up (spark plugs on a v8) was over 400.00 which for 120.00 dollars in plugs each seems very expensive. More
