Finally after I realized the conversation just needed to cool off (mainly on my part, and no I was not being a jerk I was very calm) I hung up the phone not satisfied. I started to work on my own research and found my car wasn't as serious like I originally thought. I called back and got someone new. He informed me that Mike was working on my invoice and I would need to talk to him, but he would need to call me back. I asked him "is he going to be nice? Cause he wasn't when I talked to him before". The guy laughed and assured me that he would. Mike called me back, and listened to what I had to say in regards to his original customer service. I wasn't asking for any special treatment, I just didn't know what the standard was with getting service from a dealership. He corrected his tone and was able to find an appointment that would work well for myself, and the service department. I had my car dropped off, and there was better communication. Even if they couldn't get to my car until well after my appt time, I didn't care. I just wanted to know. He was able to keep me up to date while I was at work, and not take a ton of phone calls. Plus my car was washed and waiting for me by late afternoon! More
