I was unsure of if I would purchase an awd car or an SUV I looked for quite some time at several dealerships from Wenatchee to Moses Lake to Tri Cities and even as far from me as Pullman. I finally decided on an SUV. I ended up purchasing a new one instead of used. I will say that I was very pleased with my purchase at Corwin Ford. I could have gone to others that were closer to where I live, however, I chose Corwin because of Steve Wilson, the salesperson, that I was working with. He made sure that I was comfortable with my choice of vehicles. He was very knowledgeable of all of the features from the engine to the interior and options it had. If he was unsure of an answer to any of my questions, during the process of deciding on a vehicle, he found the answer for me. Steve stayed in touch with me before the purchase to let me know of new or used vehicles that had come in. He also stayed in touch with me after my purchase to make sure that I was happy with the vehicle and that I knew how to use all it;s features, inviting me to contact him also, with any questions. Steve Wilson is a friendly, patient, non pushy, professional, knowledgeable salesperson and I would highly recommend any one looking to purchase a vehicle to contact Steve Wilson to see how he may help them in finding the right vehicle. Also, I would like to say that Corwin Ford knows how to present a vehicle properly (new or used). During my travels all over to decide on my vehicle, I saw some late model used vehicles that were in deplorable condition. I can honestly tell you that Corwin Ford as a whole knows how to present a vehicle even if it is a used vehicle. All their used vehicles are in great shape. More
