Al Mcdougal he was kind enough to ensure me he wanted to help. He referred me to the service dept. manager where, without hesitation promised this would be fixed with little impact. When I left my car my appointment was not sceduled until 2-3 weeks but Michael (Service dept.) gave me options for drop off and promised this car would be worked on hopefully earlier.
