Austin is extremely helpful and knowledgable We live in Oak Harbor, WA, and recently ordered a F-250 from a local dealer. We had a couple weeks to make last minute changes, so we searched the internet and found that Corwin Ford had many in-stock trucks with colors and options that weren't available for us up here. We drove to Pasco and met Austin. We were forthcoming that we made this drive to look at colors and options, and that we had already ordered a truck. Upon hearing this, instead of showing us the door, Austin said "welcome to the Ford family, you made a great choice in the F-250, how can I further help?" He then took the time to let us see several vehicles in different color choices, and let us take some measurements. Additionally, Austin is more knowledgeable than most salesman when it comes to a vehicle's towing characteristics and rated capacities. He fully understood our need for additional cargo capacity, as opposed to the vehicle's rated towing capacity. He showed us the "Tire and Loading Information" sticker on the driver's door pillar, and explained how certain option packages usually have a resulting negative impact on this number, etc. That in many situations, the vehicle's cargo capacity is usually more of a limiting factor when towing, than is the tow capacity rating, etc. Thank you Austin, we would not hesitate to send business your way. I was actually concerned if I qualified for a loan because I had just cosigned wuth my son on one a month or so ago. He was patient and his team worked hard to get me the best loan they could. Even better the the one I cosigned on with my son. He showed me multiple cars I wanted to look at and generally took care of my every need. I would definately recommend Steve to anyone out there that doesnt want to be pressured into a car. He makes the buying experience enjoyable. More
