Vehicle returned as part had to be ordered, was to be in three days. After not hearing anything for two weeks attempted to contact service rep by phone. Left multiple messages on mainline and direct. Had to go to dealership in person, they finally found records, ordered part. Appointment scheduled five days later. Should have been a same day activity, but dealer discovered a part was missing or broken. Part ordered for the next day, finally completed service. More
