The point to point inspection was never done. My battery was 8 years old and tested bad and they sad it was good. My tires were never rotated. I just hope they really did my transmission fluid flush properly as I was never able to really see the old oil or even check it now because I have a CVT transmission. Pretty disappointed with paying $1100 for my oil change and hopefully changing the transmission fluid. I ask for the inspection and it was very poorly done. Just sucks because the people were kind but the actual service on the car is not up to par. More

Bought used truck. All was said to work. Traveled to city out of area and went to rent a trailer. Hooked to trailer and plug did not work.would not rent me a trailer. H All was said to work.
