When I scheduled to have the heater blower replaced (recall), I was told it was a 30 minute repair so I scheduled service while I waited. It took 4 hours, while I waited there. Fantastic experience at QuickLane during recent schedule oil change. Arrived earlier than scheduled prepared with my IPad for a lengthy stay, to my surprised my vehicle was on the rack and back to me in un oil change. Arrived earlier than scheduled prepared with my IPad for a lengthy stay, to my surprised my vehicle was on the rack and back to me in under 45 minutes. During the service I was informed my air filter was dirty and recommended to replace it. On check out the service tech, who was super friendly, completed the service paperwork, showed me a picture of the dirty air filter included in the paperwork, walked me out to my vehicle and together walked down the vehicle, checked the oil and ensured my total satisfaction. In short a pleasant surprise and 5 STAR service from beginning to end. More
