I was there almost five hours which is far too long. They gave the wrong information about the car. Meghan was distracted trying to juggle multiple clients. The finance person Dylan was the worst part. Talking really fast. Not explaining what he did and why. Having me sign a tablet without showing me how to dive into the menu to see what I was signing. Didn't ask if I wanted warranties just signed me up for multiple types and pushed the financing terms out years so I was less likely to notice. I should have forced him to print everything and read it all slowly so that's on me but he intentionally capitalized on how tired and hungry I was after 5 hours of nonsense. I went back later and cancelled as many warranties and add ons as I could because if I'd understood what he was doing I wouldn't have agreed to them. However two could not be cancelled which cost me over $2200. I signed it. My fault. But he presented it in such a way that made it seem routine not add on stuff. Legal? Maybe. Ethical? No. Next year I need to buy two cars for my teenagers. I will not be returning to Corwin. I've bought over 20 cars from dealers and it was by far one of the worst experiences. More

Update: Corwin is not a trustworthy place. They lied about promos, rebates, and loyalty; also deceived me about math.
