The sales associate was great. The finance team talked very fast and i had to repeatedly call to get them to contact my bank to complete transaction. very fast and i had to repeatedly call to get them to contact my bank to complete transaction. More
We had found a vehicle online for around $15k and went to the dealership that had that advertisement. After a brief exchange with their lot-troller (and the Traverse never even having been cleaned or detailed, and still smelled of stale cigarettes), the sales representative basically announced that that's what $15,000 would buy, and we'd better buy soon as it would be sold shortly. We left with only his business card. Our experience with Corwin began with Ismeta greeting us in the parking lot as we began our search to replace my wife's 2009 Chevy Impala. We had a notion as to what we wanted to spend to get something more than a three year disposable used vehicle. was patient (and still somehow eager) to educate us on the used vehicle market. She was sincere and knowledgeable, and most importantly, not pushy. In the end, we decided on a 2019 Honda Pilot. We spent a great deal more than we had planned, but felt comfortable doing so. In fact, I made Ismeta a small paper airplane out of the business card "of the individual we did not buy a car from." Best purchase we've made in quite a while. THANKS ISMETA!! More
Went in to get a key made for a car of mine and ran into Ismeta asking if I was interested in anything on the lot. Being an auto nut I said always and Ismeta helped my fiancé and I find our new pre owned vehicle. The first vehicle we looked at was not approved for but Ismeta had the right drive to find everyone the right vehicle. She gets to know you as a person and then the needs your looking for. And she is very good at what she does. 10/10 customers service. Highly recommend sales person. More
Trish was extremely helpful, and not pushy and that’s exactly what I needed! She was very kind and thoughtful and when I had a slight hiccup with my new car, which we saw coming.. she was over to my hous exactly what I needed! She was very kind and thoughtful and when I had a slight hiccup with my new car, which we saw coming.. she was over to my house with a lot tech ASAP and had my car back to me within the hour with a brand new battery! Wonderful service and not too sale-sy, which drives me crazy! More

Ismeta had a very strong ear and gave me exactly what I was looking for, based on what I told her. From test drive to sale, she shared every step that led me to a purchase that I couldn’t be happier about. was looking for, based on what I told her. The dealership has a great New Vehicle Manager in Ty Smalls, but overall the systems are disjointed and lacks individual customer service. I feel like I went to McDonalds and ordered a car. I purchased Smalls, but overall the systems are disjointed and lacks individual customer service. I feel like I went to McDonalds and ordered a car. I purchased the vehicle without seeing it and the car was “in transit” for an entire month. Once I picked up my vehicle, after several emails telling me that “it will be here by the end of week”, the package that was to be included (roof racks and multi-sheild) were not done or ready for the car. Robert Flip stated that he was sorry and that the finance group was supposed to tell him that it was purchased. I reminded him that he was the one who put the deal together. Seemed like a blame game and my service was not individualized. I also wonder about all of the people that may have paid for multi-shield and had not received the treatment to the car. This isn’t something that can be seen so does the dealership say things have been done that have not been completed? Also, It would be beneficial for the floor sales men to say something like “here’s your vehicle with ——(whatever has been done)”. The introduction to my vehicle would have been better if not rushed and I felt like I could ask questions. I was told at time of purchase that certain features from my phone were accessible from the car screen if the phone was plugged in to the port. The only thing from my phone that shows up on the screen is google maps, contact list, and music. There is an option to add apps; however, after many tries the system will not allow to download apps and states that the phone must be connected to the port???? Furthermore, not only were there items omitted at time of pickup, but the promise of a personalized license plate not complete. I had already lost faith in this dealership and spoke to Ty about all of the issues and my disappointment of not enjoying my new car as I should have been. Ty was an active listener to the situation and made efforts to correct the issue. He stated that he would clear things up and he provided compensation. He stated that he would update the team on my appointment for the service center and he would find out about the personalized plates. I then went back to the dealership to have the omitted items installed/applied. However, when I got there the service department did not have a record of my appointment, there didn’t seem to be anyone that was a “contact person” on the shop floor and Robert was no where to be found. I had received and email from him stating that he was reminding me of my appointment and would be available for any concerns or questions. I had also received a message from Robert, after I brought up all of my concerns via many emails, that apologized for the confusion and he would have my vehicle fueled up after service and he would “through in a couple washes”. Eventually, Robert arrived to the shop floor. I did not receive a greeting or acknowledgement of my presence. It was my understanding that he would have been given the information about my concerns and would update me about the personalized plates and provide me with the compensation that Ty had arranged. I did seek him out and he gave me what Ty had left and there was no mention of the personalized plates. I brought up the fact that the service department did not know about my appointment and Robert stated “yeah, because it goes through our parts department “. Constructed criticism- advise buyers of the various departments as not to cause confusion. Once my vehicle was ready and I was set to go home, I noticed that the car had not been fueled up as promised and there was no information about the car washes. It was at that point that I left even more disgusted. I didn’t even want to bother with what I was told. Once I got home, I realized that I wasn’t told about the status of my license plates and I sent an email to Robert and a response was never received. Overall, this dealership was disappointing. The various departments are not on the same page, they throw each other “under the bus”, and individual interest in the customer is not up to par. Truly, I have never understood the stereotype of a “used car salesman”. However, after this experience I can see the classics of: untruths and telling one what they want to hear. My recommendation is to choose another dealership and for Ty S to go to another dealership where his attention to the customer can be showcased and he won’t be lumped in with the employees who perform poorly.
