Looking to buy a brand new Highlander. And Tom is the salesman that answered the reply. Talk to him on the phone multiple times. My husband and I found 2 vehicles on this dealership’s website that we were interested in. My husband called and was told both were available. He took the afternoon off of work and drove 45+ minutes from website that we were interested in. My husband called and was told both were available. He took the afternoon off of work and drove 45+ minutes from Denver to Boulder. When he got there, neither vehicle was there. The salesperson brought out a totally different vehicle and then offered to sell him a brand new vehicle. Neither of which we were interested in. This was a total waste of our time. Very poor business practices! More
