Service rep would not answer the phone or return calls. I received a text message with a link to the inspection report. I had some questions about some of the items but was never able to talk to my service I received a text message with a link to the inspection report. We were doing great until we got to finance. Kept trying to push a loan we did not need. Then sent through over $800 in fees through fine print on one of the loan payment questionnaires.
