The dealership seemed determined not to provide me the ride they promised after service. I'm 75 and it's dangerous for me not to have a car. I get good service from the dealership. In this case the shuttle pick up was much less than satisfactory, not because of the driver, but the route. I took my truck in, had $2400 in needed maintenance done and the truck immediately started slow cranking and occasionally failing to turn over.
