Amy has done a wonderful job both times I've come in for service. 1. She let me know up front to expect a wait as the staff was lower than normal. I greatly appreciate her setting expectations. 2. I told them what was wrong when I booked the appointment. The one ask I had was could you get it done the day I brought it in. We dropped off at 8:30am and it wasn’t even looked at until 1pm. Just as I predicted the water pump needed replaced but couldn’t be done in one day so we were left scrambling to find other transportation options. Communication was average. I like the text updates but couldn’t get anyone on the phone when I called. Video was overkill for me, I told you the problem when I dropped it off. More
