Corwin Toyota Boulder

I recently visited Corwin Toyota expecting to look at a few cars and maybe take a test drive or two, but thanks to Chi's friendliness, transparency and expertise I ended up driving off the lot with a brand few cars and maybe take a test drive or two, but thanks to Chi's friendliness, transparency and expertise I ended up driving off the lot with a brand new 2024 Toyota Crown and couldn't be happier with my purchase! I was a bit apprehensive at first as this was my first time purchasing a new car, but Chi was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions, and didn't attempt to upsell me on anything (upgrades or otherwise) that I was clearly not interested in. I've heard plenty of horror stories about buying a new car but Chi made the entire process not only easy/simple but enjoyable. The only slightly negative remark - and this really has nothing to do with Chi but more the service department - is that I ended up having to scrub the interior sides of all the windows as they were covered with dust or some other filmy material. I didn't notice this until the day after I purchased the car, and I'm guessing it was dust or something else from the factory, but they may want to start checking that before a new car leaves the lot. Overall, color me impressed, and ask for Chi if you're looking to have a good time buying a new car! More

He was helpful and never overbearing throughout the process. He pulled the truck out of the detail shop so we could see it and then made sure they finished right away once we decided to buy so our truck would be ready that afternoon. We decided to buy a vehicle at 9:30 AM before we left the house and by 2 PM we drove away in it. More

I cannot recommend Chris Williams enough. He is not your typical pushy car salesman trying to pressure you or get you in and out as fast as possible. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. He was highly motivated and dedicated to not only getting the deal done, but making sure that I was taken care of along the way with all the details despite having such a demanding job. This dealership is well organized and has a lot to offer on used cars. After years of leasing several Jeeps, I couldn't be happier to make the switch to Toyota and to have purchased with Chris. He made the experience that much better and once I picked up my car everything was as advertised. 10/10! Corwin should be proud to have Chris on the team. Thanks again Chris!! More

Beware of having unagreed-upon add-ons slipped into the purchase contract. I had agreed upon a purchase with specific terms, but when signing the papers they claimed that two items had been installed *afte purchase contract. I had agreed upon a purchase with specific terms, but when signing the papers they claimed that two items had been installed *after* arriving at Corwin's location: 'Data Dots' (some type of goo applied to various parts that could then theoretically be tracked if a theft occurs - in other words pure xxxxxxxx) and the 'Kick-Open' rear hatch. It seems more egregious that the items appeared after being delivered to Corwin than before. Other than that yes I like the car and yes I like being able to use the Corwin locally for service. But they definitely slipped a fast one in & I would like others not to fall into the same trap. More
