He should be the trainer for any new service associates. While the work on my vehicle took longer than expected, the work was done right. Thank you for an overall pleasant experience. Some healthier snacks in the waiting area would be welcome. Some individually wrapped muffins or scones, some gluten free would be a perfect accompaniment to the coffee. Also, there was a young child waiting with his parents who luckily had some of his own toys, but no child friendly sized table or chairs to enjoy. That would be a welcome addition to your waiting area I’m sure. More
