I also could not reach bobbit after several attempts to call for clarity on why i was seeing 65k on my statement. I ended up having to go in and talk to another person on the finance team, who basically told me tough, but shed light on all the extra charges, warranties, etc that were tacked on in addition to what bobbit described to me as the total amount, and was not reflected in the documentation provided. Additionally, subsequent service on the vehicle was ineffective and resulted in me having to fix the mess they made at another shop. More
