I have a 2022 RAV4 and the service here has been dismal at best. I am checking to see what if I can get service moving forward at a different dealer! Hunter a finance person was terrible today! I must admit, it was with much trepidation that I walk Rothenberg on your team ! Thanks to him, I have a brand new 2024 Prius in my driveway ! I must admit, it was with much trepidation that I walked into your showroom last December having had several negative experiences in the past at other dealerships. However, from the very first meeting with Ravi, I could tell that this was going to be different. His friendly, low key but firm, personality and his honesty and integrity were immediately apparent which caused me to relax, exhale, and trust in him that we could find the right car and move through the trasnaction smoothly and pleasantly. The transaction was complex from my perspective as I put down a reservation on my Prius and then had to wait about a month for it to arrive. Additionally, the trasaction also included a $ 10,000 trade-in. Ravi guided my wife and me thru all the steps of the process skillfully and confidently. Through it all, we always felt that he was on our side. I was particularly happy that the numbers that we discussed, and agreed to on the "Purchase Recap" in December were the exact same numbers that appeared on the final transaction paperwork in January. There were no additional "markups" or surprises. Good job, Ravi and good job, Corwin Toyota !!!! Clearly a handshake means something at Corwin Toyota. My original appointment was on a day when the power went out. I found out when I got there from a nice old man. There was no attempt on the dealers side to reschedule the appointment, I had to call several out. I found out when I got there from a nice old man. Kim and Ed were very professional, the other gentleman whom I signed documents with tried to get me to finance an extended warranty.
