We were promised a military rebate after filling out all required paperwork and forms. The check was supposed to be $500 less for the down payment. I live two hours away and it was my understanding that all the paperwork would have been prepared before I came to pick up my car. It took all day which I was not happy about. Nobody went over the vehicle all the paperwork would have been prepared before I came to pick up my car. It took all day which I was not happy about. Nobody went over the vehicle with me....I had to figure it out on my own. They didn't tell me when to bring it in for its first service date and none did a followup to see if I'm happy with my vehicle. Customer care is important More
