We were not intending to buy a car that day, it was just an investigation. We met Trenton, checked out the vehicle He asked questions, gave us our space and didn't apply pressure. Where Trenton and team really provided great customer service came next. Because we weren't planning to purchase that day, we did not have our affairs in order. They allowed us to put money down, complete all the paperwork and come back for the car a few days later. When we went to pick up the car, Trenton informed us that when he went to get it prepped that morning, he discovered the sunroof was cracked. It was blizzarding when we initially test drove so never opened or checked the sunroof. He worked with his team and had the glass repaired by the time we arrived to pick it up.
