Melchor Garcia, was very knowledgeable and kept me informed on the status of our new Corolla. Back in the day, you could walk in the dealership, pick your car, options, color and drive out that day. Now, you go in, hopefully they have a car you want(On Allocation) you put down a deposit, and wait for it to come. Mel kept me in the loop, from production, to final purchase and delivery.
