I purchased a vehicle 8 days ago (Saturday). I was told said vehicle would be ready early in the week (Tuesday/Wednesday). 8 days later, I'm told that very common tires are 'hard to get' and the I was told said vehicle would be ready early in the week (Tuesday/Wednesday). 8 days later, I'm told that very common tires are 'hard to get' and the reason for the delay. Then told, I can take possession of the vehicle and come back for tire replacement. I come to pick it up, and am told it was just sent to detail. Clearly, no one is caring about these vehicles actually being ready promptly. Yall need better management and standard operating procedures because right now, it seems that you are busy, overwhelmed, mismanaged and chaotic. -Sincerely, a Business Operations Consultant More

We had a great experience with Ron at Corwin Toyota! First of all it’s nice to be able to walk around the (huge) lot and browse cars without someone coming up and pressuring you, but it’s easy to get he First of all it’s nice to be able to walk around the (huge) lot and browse cars without someone coming up and pressuring you, but it’s easy to get help the moment you are ready. Once we had walked the lot we went up front and met Ron, who was very friendly and helpful. He helped locate the vehicles we saw online that we couldn’t initially find, and we ultimately decided on a lovely RAV4 Hybrid. Ron was very helpful throughout the process. He was also very patient and gave us a lot of time to deliberate on numerous occasions (it’s a big investment after all!). He spent the better part of the afternoon with us, and I was able to drive away with my first (almost) new vehicle!
