Caleb was awesome and did a great job of keeping me updated and I believe he had no control over the fact that my car was there for 2.5 days and not even diagnosed until the end of the 2nd day. Honestly thank God I didn’t need my car these two days, but i was still a little surprised it took that long and I had no idea walking in the door on opening Monday morning that it would take that long…. But it is what it is and I still gave 5 stars because I’ve been coming to this dealership for 2 years and generally speaking I’m happy. I think parts and labor have skyrocketed and that’s a bummer too but certainly not CORWIN Toyotas fault. Also, I will say it again, Caleb was kind, apologetic and communicative through the entire process and I really appreciated him going what felt like above and beyond to keep me informed. More

We were told we would be sent a link for the credit application. Instead Stephan called me to request all info verbally, including social security number. After expressing several times how uncomfortable I was providing this info verbally, rather than using a secure site, he told me that that system didn't always work, and this was just easier for him. He also proceeded to make the comment about what was easier for him on several other topics. At the end of the sale, there was a document that needed to be updated in the DocuSign packet. I requested he update it. He told me that it would be more work for his finance department, and so I should just sign the one he sent emailed me instead. The entire experience seem to center around what was convenient for the salesman rather than having a customer centric perspective on the sale. honestly, this has been one of the worst buying experiences I've ever had.
