Well, I was supposed to get a spare fob, which was great, but when I came in to get it matched to the car and the other fob, they screwed it up and neither worked. I had to make a separate trip to a local de but when I came in to get it matched to the car and the other fob, they screwed it up and neither worked. Joelle said I could speak to husband and cancel extended warranties. When I called the next day she said I couldn't. I don't like being lied to.
