My requests were granted. My tire rotation sticker was left in place ( the last 2 times it was removed even after requesting it be left there ) Text messages were sent to my n My tire rotation sticker was left in place ( the last 2 times it was removed even after requesting it be left there ) Text messages were sent to my number instead of my husbands who wasn't there (the last 2 times this request was made messages were sent to him and then he had to forward them to me). I called because I was running late a few minutes. They said that was fine and would still be able to do the service i requested. I felt treated with courtesy and respect and a valued customer. They only did the work I requested and did not pressure me to do the additional recommended services that I felt I did not need. They even informed me that I had a nail in one of my tires after they rotated the tires. I was going to ask them about if they had found something in one tires because I had a low tire warning, but had forgotten.They told me where they rotated it to. and said it would probably be fine for a day or two and to keep watch over it. I was able to get it in the next day for repair. More
