The service department is a joke! We were 17 days over the 12 months on an alignment issue, but 2,000 miles under since this was our 10,000 mile service. They have since brought it up at our 15,000 mile s the 12 months on an alignment issue, but 2,000 miles under since this was our 10,000 mile service. I am sorry but with a COVID year in 2020, the car being under by 2,000 and only 17 days over the 12 months, they could have done better.
